Pyrrhic Set not giving both bonus'

I noticed with my Pyrrhic Set drop, when I equip it I am not getting the smashy bonus, only the sooty. I am trained for level two on both shooty and smashy yet only the shooty one shows up when you hover over the weapons stats on the "C" page.

I'm also into using the smashy/shooty weapons :) and i have the same problem. i reset my points to build into buccaneer for the smashy damage bonuses and i'm not getting them on my pyrrhic set
