Louis won't train 3d Overwatch!

So, when i was done promoting louis i thought giving him 3d overwatch for the accuracy reduce but then it wouldn't let me!Plz fix this KI.

Hi! What level is your Louis Le Bisque? According to Ratbeard there is a minimum 40th level requirement on training Rank 3 of this talent for him.

O nevermind when i reset him when he was lvl 52 i was able to access overwatch 3d but thx jack for the helpful hint .
