Lost Pets & House

Hi, earlier this year, I bought the swashbuckler's house and had 4 pets: Cute Chameleon, Loyal coral spider, Ostrich and a Crokogator. But, later during the year, they weren't there anymore, nor was the house. I checked in the bunkhouse's bank but they weren't there, please help.
