Item failed to redeem

This is the error I keep getting when I try to redeem anything in my gift box. I have not been on the game just until recently after a year or so break. I was able to redeem a couple of days ago the 50 million player spiral thing and the 2 veterans day wreaths from a long time ago but I can no longer redeem the other stuff there. I keep getting reminders that I have a gift to redeem though all the time. Please help.

Ahoy!

If you log out to the character screen, switch characters and then switch back you should be able to redeem this gift. Unfortunately this is a known issue at this time.
