failing to claim things on my account

My character is now sensible wolf silver. I've bought a bundle recently and some gift cards and I can't claim anything from the bundles or the pets from the gift cards. I had this same problem trying to claim a few things from the 12 days of spiral.

I would like to know what's going on and get it fixed if possible cause I would like to not have this problem anymore. thx.
