Evergreen Bundle

First off, before I start, I know this is not P101, it is W101. I did not feel like purchasing a W101 membership simply to make one post.

I bought the Evergreen bundle for Christmas, and when I redeemed it, everything went smoothly. I got on the game, and got my house, my potion, and everything- Until I got to the blade. The blade, when I tried to redeem it, wouldn't go to my backpack. It said: "Uh oh! There was a problem claiming your reward. Please try again!"

Of course, I tried again, 5 times. I tried again about four hours later... Nothing. Same thing happened. Any help?
