El Toro Promo Quest Glitch

When I went to promote El Toro, and went to defeat Mooshashi Mooyamoto for the second time, he disappeared. He is just gone, I haven't been dragged into battle or anything. I reported this awhile ago, but no one has fixed it yet. My guess is that this is something just come in with the new update. Please hurry and address this so I can promote El Toro!
