Crow song doesnt include witch doctors?

Hey jack i have a Q for you

Ive tried crow song on some companions to see what they could get.
Melee: first strike,haste
Range. QuickDraw, haste
Witchdoctor...haste.
Was this the intended design. Or a bug?
Please note i havent tried the upgraded form of this spell yet(and i forgot the name)
