Corporal Sanders Glitch

I am a Level 35 Musketeer. And I just got finished with the corporal sanders quest, The one where you defeat Captain Foote. Well, I turned the quest in, But I didn't get him as a companion. And I didn't unlock him. I don't know what to do.

I believe you get him or unlock him when you take him to Junction in Arroyo Grande Skyway. Keep following the Quests and you will find him again.
