Companions keep saying "busy"

Just a minor problem, but whenever my companions have finished an order, they still have the word "busy" over their picture. This isn't the way it used to work and has only changed recently. I call it a problem only because the companions are not busy and can join battles when there is stuff to collect.

I believe that this is intended, if they're ready to collect it says "collect" under the "busy" banner.
