Chantal's missing attack

Whenever I use Chantal's Sniper Shot moves, there is no animation. I am guessing after your most recent update, the glitch appeared. Is this a bug, or is it just a passing problem?

I have seen this one too. The damage happens just fine, she just sort of, instead of throwing her voice like a ventriloquist, she throws her shot.
