Can't open Ft. McMurtry Treasure Chest

There is a regular Treasure Chest at Fort McMurtry that can't be opened when it is located at the back of the Fort just outside the wall behind a dead tree up a hill/ramp. Can't be reached from inside the Fort due to some boxes in the way. Please correct.

5/31 17:16 pm PDT. Was able to reach a Group Plunder Chest in this same location. Apparently, the regular Treasure chests are too far back.
