Can't get into my game

Whenever I press play on the character page, the loading screen freezes and becomes non-responsive. I have already contacted kingsisle, but I wanted to know if anyone else had any advice (I have already tried to re-install).

Edit: I also figured out I can use other characters just not my main one

If you try the re-install route, make sure that you first uninstall Pirate101 using the Uninstall Icon or the Control Panel - Programs & Features (in Windows).

The fact that you can play your other pirates without problem but not the main one leads me to think that KI support will have to "fix" your Pirate. Sorry about that.

Turns out my problem was temporary, and fixed itself after a few days, but thanks anyway!
