Can't download Wizard101

I can't download it or delete it and download it again like the Pirate101 error. It just keeps saying error. Help. Also I put this here because I don't have membership on Wizard101.

If using Windows 7 or Windows XP,
1. Press the Start Button
2. Select the Control Panel
3. Select Programs and Features (Windows 7) or Programs (Windows XP)
4. Uninstall Pirate101 and, if it asks, all associated files
5. Restart your computer (this is to make sure you are starting with a new registry)
6. Download and re-install Pirate101.
