Bonnie Anne's quick draw talent is not working.

Whenever Bonnie Anne is targeted by a ranged attack, her Quick Draw talent doesn't activate. The enemy is not out of range, it has failed at multiple ranges including right next to her. Can someone fix this? I'm kinda mad that I chose this as an epic and it doesn't work.
