Bagha Khan Crown shop

I was planning on buying Bagha Khan from the crown shop after I finished the quest "The Thin Orange Line", however after completion Bagha Khan was nowhere to be seen in the crown shop . I'm a Level 57 Witchdoctor atm. Can someone help me find a solution, or inform me of a current bug I didn''t know about?
