I almost hate to report this information, but I a 9th level character of mine bought the new Holiday Treant, who came in at level 11, which is normal. He comes with Blade Storm, and I was able to assign him four additional epic feats. Is this amount of epics a glitch, or is it compensation for the fact that the poor fellow will probably never see a promotion?
