2 Young Nicks in Black Rock Cave

I was farming Buster Crab for the Crab Claw and I noticed that there appears to be 2 Young Nicks: one in the cage and one on the cave floor. I sent a jpeg of it to Support. This occurs when I free Young Nick from the cage and he thanks me. This doesn't last very long but it is visible.
