So I was doing the promotion quest for bonnie annie and I got to the part of Captain Swing. After defeating him, I got his hat as a drop. Seeing that drop, I realized he can drop his entire outfit. It looks like an unique outfit to stitch to, but when I try to rebattle him, he is no longer there. Is that a hint of seeing him in the future? Or are we not allowed to rebattle promotion bosses? cause I would love to farm him for his entire outfit

I sure hope we'll be able to find his outfit somewhere. I didn't get any part of it as a drop, but now that I know it can be dropped, I totally want his fabulous outfit.
