why is my main quest lost?

I was just walking around when I clicked my quest it was gone. I did ALL my quest to look for it. I am level 37 and I cant even get el tor o. If you not what the problem is reply to me

Hi! Thank you for contacting Customer Support. In case you haven't seen their reply to you through email yet, after reviewing your character they discovered you were missing the Showdown at Boot Hill quest and manually added it to your quest log for you.
