it keeps saying that i did not find any information and i did it like a hundred times.its fustrating.

Sounds like he's working on killing Red Sash Ships. Make sure you are in Cooper's Roost and just keep at it. eventually you'll find the right one.

It would help to know exactly which quest he is working on.
