Do swashbucklers get Mustang Sally

There are some fan based sites that say swashbucklers get Mustang Sally. My friends disagree with this. They say only Buccaneers get her. Could someone please tell me which gets her.

Swashbucklers should get her at the same time they get El Toro.

When they were talking about Buccaneers, they must have meant Nadya lol

Buccaneers do not get mustang sally only swashbucklers get her when they get el toro. Buccaneers do get nadya though. Swashbucklers get 99% of all companions in cool ranch including most of the horses, froggo villa, mustang sally and buffalo bill of the seven heroes of tumbleweed.
