hey i was just wondering if anybody knew all the new companion promotions

MAG 7 all promote here is what I know form my list

Billy goat(the kid) at @ 61
Bonnie Anne @ 57
Buffalo Bill @ 60
Wild peacock? @ 60 or 61

I am not sure why the good crown shop companions are not being promoted but the ones that are substandard get them?
