Yes. Same quest, but each m7 companion gets his own dialogue. I recently learned that Buffalo Bill from the crowns shop promotes by the quest, instead of for gold. So a pirate who promotes his issued m7 and his Crowns Shop Bill can promote both on the same quest. That should help in the Manticore cave.
