How do i get into the archery range in Aquila, is there a quest i am missing somewhere?

yep you are missing a quest, the quest is your magnificent 7 companion promo quest , or in the case of the privateer one of the two given, jane cannery, I think the quest level is 61

You go into that place in Buffalo Bills Promo. There is a strange archer there. You do a 2v1 with her.

When you level your Magnificent companion to 60th, he or she will be able to promote. Artemis, in the Archery Range will be part of that side quest arc. It has pretty funny dialogue, too. Kudos Blind Mew.
