With the new epic power ranks...

With the release of the new rank 3 Epic Talents does this mean that certain enemies/bosses (that have nothing to do with the pre- quests getting into Marleybone) will be getting an update to there already existing Epic Talents?

simple answer no

for our companions we don't get to unlock rank 3 until they are 55+ so any enemy below at least 50 wont get rank 3
