True friends?!

I became true friend with... my true friend. I gave him the code, he entered it. Nothing happened. He gave me his code, I entered it. The only thing that changed is that I now see his name in green. It was saying more chat options. It was also saying more chat options when I took my membership. But my chat has always been the same, with or with no true friend and membership. Why do it says this and it doesn't do it?

It's hard to say as there could be an issue where your friend has been muted for an in game offense. In this case, additional chat privileges would not be extended.

If others are experiencing troubles with chat permissions, please let us know.
