I've brought it up on the boards a couple of times now, but what I ask is this:

Can y'all add the Black Storm Scout into the crown shop, as you did with the Black Storm Shaman?

No, it's not a bug for me. I've done this quest throughout all 6 of my pirates and only my privateer can have him.

I'd like to literally put crowns up to have him available to all my pirates and I really do not know why he isn't unlocked after beating Three Scars like the Shaman.

So......can my black storm scout be put in already if this is actual bug? :P
