Question about stitching

When you stitch one items Health armor etc onto another item that has health etc and a card does the card disappear?

Yes. For example card Y has a health & armor bonus and comes with a spell card, card Z has more health, armor and dodge. If you stitch card Z onto card Y all stats and the spell vanishes. You can, however unstitch and regain the original card Y if you change your mind. Hope this helps.
