Question about Musketeer Traps

As a musketeer, I have traps. The trap card says x3 if I remember,but I can only place one trap. This is the beginning trap spell. Can I have more than one trap? If so, how do I place them? I have tried clicking on more than one square to no avail.

Hi Sandy. That means that the trap will do 3 times your average damage. Later you will get a x4 one that will hit 4 times as hard.

The "X3" means that the trap does your normal damage+ spooky X 3. So say if your damage was 150, the trap would do around 450 damage (give or take critical chance, spooky etc.).
