Paid for Membership and I CANT REFUEL?!!!

So WHY did I pay for a membership??

Are you unable to refuel a certain ship? You should be able to refuel two different ways: one, through gold at the docks from a fuel vendor, and two, as a shortcut to buying fuel at the docks, by using the Crown Shop Refuel button on the User Interface anytime you're in the skyway.
