Moving Boochbeard bundle items?

Hello! I was wanting to ask if there was a way I could move my items from the Boochbeard bundle to another character on the same account. I was hoping I can move my Volcano house and Cat pirate from my original swash to my new one that has the correct settings for me. If there is a way to permanently move them then that would be great!
