Monsoon Turtle- Slippery=Relentless+Burst Fire??

I just recently bought a $10 giftcard that came with one of the Turtle pets on it. This month was for the Monsoon Turtle which came with Slippery, which I was interested in seeing it's function. My assumption was it would be like the Coral Spider's "Webs" power (which is basically Cheap Shot).

Once I got the pet in-game, the Epic Ability slot had Relentless, and Burst Fire in it. Is this intentional? I haven't gotten the pet in battle to really see this but I find this very strange. Any thoughts?
