I am stuck. I have quests but cannot access the areas. I must have missed something but I can't find it. Please help!

Follow some of your other quests a bit; they may help unlock the areas you need to get to.

As I mentioned "I have quests, but CANNOT ACCESS those areas", therefore, I can't just do other quests.

nevermind I just went to every location in cool ranch and redid everything I could until I found the glitch that allowed me to continue without finishing necessary quests.
