...how Buccaneers can get the power "Charm"? I really want it, but I'm not a witchdoctor. I need some answers!

Charm is exclusive to witchdoctors. You can't train for it and you can acquire it through any gear. Unless there is one hidden somewhere in the new worlds Aquila and Marleybone that has yet to be discovered but that is extremely unlikely.

I typoed when I said "and you can acquire it through any gear". I in fact meant, you 'CAN'T' acquire it through any gear.

Apologies if I caused confusion.
