Exactly when it happens escapes me at the moment but be assured that each windstone will be acquired just before you need then as you play the main plot quests. Some will be a bit of a tough fight as in Fort Basset but they will all be there when you need them.

Keep doing the main quests, and you'll eventually get it.

It's "Violet" not "Voiet". You can only get the Violet Windstone from a quest after you finish Book 2.

simple way. once you finish Tradewind Skyway you get a quest to defeat Marleybonian ships until you recover a violet windstone which leads to Monquita
