Why Witchdoctor's minions ended up having their health lowered?

I figured it was a bug in test and it would be corrected in release but nope my old minions have lost around 500-700 health.

Is there a reason for this change?

We get a health boost in one update only to have it gone in another.

give health back to our old minions you can leave the multi minion summon health low
