bundle crowns membership option

hi i got the admiral bundle and it has an option of 5000 crowns and 1 month membership
unfortunately i thought you could decide in the game but it just gave me 5000 crowns i thought that i also had membership i tried but it wouldnt let me

i havnt spent the corwns so is there a way to change this
